The " Remembrance Ride" is an Annual Event put on by American Vets Post 44 out of  Brandon , Florida to help the James A. Harley Recreational Services.

It was my honor and a privilege to participate in this event when asked to do so by Rick Karczewski my host.

We meet up at the Veterans Hospital at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa at 10:00 A.M. where the run was to start.

Rain  put a damper on the run but the faithful showed up. Any how,  I got to meet with a few of the Vets in the Hospital while there , not to mention the event organizers and the Veterans Affairs police who were on hand.

At Post 44 I set up the Tribute Bike for display and to raise funds. The weather cleared in the afternoon but by then the rainy weather had taken its toll on what would have been a full house of supporter's. Those that did come were a great bunch and I was glad I had the pleasure of meeting so many of them .

God Bless them all.

Hopefully we will meet again next  year under sunny sky’s.
